How does concierge care differ from traditional insurance-based models?
Because we have a smaller practice size than traditional primary care offices, our patients receive more time with Dr. Brown to thoroughly address health concerns and develop plans for treatment and prevention. Patients of Primary Concierge Vero pay a flat annual membership fee.
Should I keep my health insurance?
You will need to maintain health insurance for specialty care, hospitalizations, lab and diagnostic studies.
What services are included for members?
Dr. Brown will administer care including minor office procedures, joint injections, EKGs, and diagnostic and wellness exams. Services do not include obstetrical care, atypical diagnostic tests, and other services not typically rendered by family physicians in their offices.
Can I call the doctor anytime?
You will have direct telephone access to Dr. Brown on a 24/7 basis. During the physician’s absence for vacations, continuing medical education, illness, emergencies, or days off, the practice will provide the services of a substitute physician, and you will be given instructions as to how to contact the substitute physician.

What if I’m admitted to the hospital?
When you are hospitalized, Dr. Brown will make courtesy visits to the hospital where he has privileges and will supervise and coordinate your care with specialists.
